The project executed the complete fit-out of a private villa in Al Barsha South, Dubai. Works commenced from a bare shell and core condition, following a full demolition of the existing interiors. The scope included the comprehensive execution of MEP systems, interior partitions, ceilings, flooring, and decorative finishes. Additionally, the exterior area underwent a full landscaping upgrade. All details of this project were carried out meticulously to meet the high-end specifications, reflecting the client's prestigious vision.
